The usage and data interpretation dynamic light scatter course provides knowledge, inspiration and tools for the use of the Malvern Zetasizer Lab, Pro or Ultra for DLS analysis.

The course will incorporate the following subjects:

Theory behind dynamic light scatter
Theary behind the new multi-angle dynamic light scatter (MADLS) and particle concentration measurement
Method development
Interpretation of the analysis data

Learning Process

This is a one day training course. The presentations of each subject are followed by practical exercises using the software. At the end of the training there will be an examination. After passing this exam, a certificate will be available.

Comprehend the theory of dynamic light scatter technique
Use the right sample preparation for dynamic light scatter analysis
Understand which tests are necessary for good method development
Assess the data quality and results of the dynamic light scatter technique
